TapNSlap AI LLC operates TapNSlap.ai and its connected projects, including experimental applications, creative tools, and digital experiences that merge AI, crypto, and culture. By using any TapNSlap AI service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years or older to use TapNSlap AI services. TapNSlap’s main platform is non-explicit; certain sub-brands (e.g., Aiko After Dark) maintain their own 18+ policies and are governed separately.
TapNSlap AI provides software, web utilities, and online experiences that may include AI-generated text, images, or digital assets. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or feature at any time.
All site materials—logos, code, text, and graphics—belong to TapNSlap AI LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use our services for lawful purposes only.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final except where required by law. TapNSlap AI may introduce blockchain-based or token-based payment options (e.g., $AIKO) in the future. Such payments will comply with applicable financial and digital-asset laws.
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TapNSlap AI LLC is not liable for downtime, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of our platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapNSlap AI LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (us, if any) for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on https://tapnslap.ai/terms.html. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
